I have a bank roll of $200, If I am betting $20 at a time, how many units am I betting?

you are wagering 1-unit...your unit is equal to 10% of your bankroll, which is fine (IMO) with such a small 'roll. As you learn and have some success your percentage should become smaller. Ex. $2,500 bankroll, you wager 2% of your roll that would be $50.
